The owners, Chuck, Sue, Carole; were amazing!! They were quick to respond to all my inquiries (from setting up initial appointment to view venue to answering any questions or making adjustments I had up until the big day). They made the entire process as simple and non stressful for me as possible. The venue was decorated perfectly and the entire event was done so seamlessly! I didn't have to do anything except enjoy our day! Just perfect!!

Great landscaping, lots of room. My mother had her wedding here and it went smooth as heck. There was a chance of rain and the wedding was outside, but there was never a worry as they had everything ready to be moved indoors if needed... luckily the rain held out!

Last year we had an amazing experience at Meadowbrook as they helped us have a wedding of our dreams, so when we needed a place to host our baby shower, we knew where to look. Chuck and Carole helped us plan an adorable shower for our little guy. It was super important to me that the event be as little stress as possible and they did just that. The food was great and really all I had to do was show up, which was exactly what I was looking for. They helped create a perfect and memorable day! If we ever need to a place to hold event, we will definitely be going back.

Our experience was outstanding! We were blessed to win the free wedding at Meadowbrook Reception Center and the staff was like family! Carole and Chuck were incredible. They helped us with every step. I can’t thank them enough for all the work they put into our wedding.

I've attended two events for my best friend at Meadowbrook, a wedding and a baby shower, and both were amazing. For both events, I was there to help decorate. Chuck and Carole took care of almost everything and had helpful input for when we needed it. They made everything stress free for the bride and mother to be and were super friendly to all attending both events. The food and cake were also amazing!!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better wedding! Everything was absolutely perfect! It was so easy and comfortable to plan and everyone was extremely kind. This place truly made the planning stress free and handled everything the day of. The food was delicious and the staff is incredible! Can’t beat the dance lessons either, it was such a fun experience for both of us!
